Updated ordering policies effective July 1, 2025:

In an effort to maintain fair pricing and effective menu planning for all guests, University Catering may add administrative charges to events:

  • An additional 25% service fee will be applied to events requested within seven days of the event.
  • A 15% service fee may be applied to guest counts increased within seven days of the event. 
  • Cancellations within three days may incur a fee of up to 25% of the quoted amount.
  • For cancellations made within 24 hours of the event, the full cost will be charged.
