Updated ordering policies effective July 1, 2025:

In an effort to maintain fair pricing and effective menu planning for all guests, University Catering may add administrative charges to events:

  • An additional 25% service fee will be applied to events requested within seven days of the event.
  • A 15% service fee may be applied to guest counts increased within seven days of the event. 
  • Cancellations within three days may incur a fee of up to 25% of the quoted amount.
  • For cancellations made within 24 hours of the event, the full cost will be charged.

We provide options to meet all of your needs: lunch meetings, formal banquet, quick snacks, and everything in between. Browse our menus to see our versatile assortment of catering options. We can customize a menu to fit any need! Custom menu tastings available. 

Plated

All entrees include a house salad, chef-selected side dish and seasonal vegetables, bread, Starbucks coffee, hot tea, iced water, and your choice of of lemonade or iced tea. Includes table linens and tableware. Minimum 20 guests. 

Buffet

Created to be served at either lunch or dinner and complete with Starbucks coffee, hot tea, iced water, and your choice of lemonade or iced tea. Includes table linens and appropriate tableware. Minimum of 30 guests. 

Hors D'ouevres

Build a reception that fits your event from our selection of options. The quantity of hors d'oeuvres needed for an event varies; a good rule of practice is to plan 6-10 pieces per person for the first hour, then 4-6 per person for the following hours.

Express

This menu is designed for delivery or pickup. Boxed meals, sandwiches, and pizza are ideal for meetings and informal events.

Beverage

All beverages for casual service are provided with disposable tableware. Formal events and banquets will include china and glassware. Includes appropriate condiments. 

Desserts & Bakery

No event would be complete without dessert. We are pleased to offer many options to suit any formal or casual gathering. 

Breakfast

Build a breakfast spread for any event! We offer an array of food options to fit meetings, conferences, and other occasions.  Breakfast selections can be customized to fit casual gatherings to formal events.
